After completing my Tour of Duty, I joined the corporate world with the aim of Learning about the cutting edge of knowledge and sharing what I have learned. The values of determination, getting results in spite of adverse conditions and insufficient resources, never say die attitude earned me the title - incorrigible Optimist. I have authored two books.

My Meditation

I conduct meditation workshops on issues of prime importance to people seeking answers to unexplained uncertain in ties in life. The social media gives us more information than we can digest or respond. This effects adversely our sleep cycle. The mental health takes a huge blow , unknowingly by simply absorbing the toxicity being pushed as news.

I conduct workshops to help neutralise this negativity.
